Returns & Exchanges
1. Exchanges
Bosroom accepts refund requests only and we do not accept exchange requests.
If you wish to exchange your order, please make a refund and place a new order.
2. Return Policy
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed and any gifted items must be returned.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Bosroom hang-tags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked “[sale]” cannot be returned.
- Any merchandise with discount price cannot be returned.
- All accessories, hats, underwear, hosiery, socks, and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- All returned merchandises will be granted as loyalty points (equivalent store credits), while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived(thanks to free-shipping promotion), refund will be made excluding shipping fee (flat rate of $15).
3. Procedure
- Contact our customer service team (bosroomcs@gmail.com) to get an authorization code (RMA code) and write this return code outside of the package for correct identification.

(T. 82-2-2236-4961) - Use any kind of courier that you like (doesn't have to be Fedex or DHL) but make sure to declare it as return merchandise under $50 for fast clearance.
4. Refunds and Processing
- Once return merchandise packages are received, we will contact you with the results of processing and the refund options.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Defect Items.
- Defective or wrong items must be claimed within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
- Return shipping for defect garments will be granted as same amount of loyalty points.
